Very disappointing experience. I had veneers done by Dr. Banadora, and there is an issue that needs fixing. Ive been trying for months to reach him, but keep being told hes on vacation. I asked to see Dr. Munthet, but was told to pay AED 500 for a new consultation since he wasnt my original doctor even though I already paid AED 50,000 for the treatment. Im also very disappointed with the way this was handled. I was told this is Dr. Banadoras case, not Dr. Munthets, as if I visited an individual doctors clinic rather than a full dental clinic responsible for patient care. Not recommended when issues happen, they dont fix them. This is not acceptable. I expect proper follow-up and accountability without extra charges.
