I would highly recommend Dr. Oksana Melnyk she is an excellent specialist and a truly caring doctor Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She became my doctor in the second trimester of my pregnancy and was with me every step of the way through to childbirth. I delivered naturally, and even though it was a painful and challenging experience, having Dr. Oksana by my side made a huge difference. She was there during all the important moments, giving me the right suggestions and support when I needed it most. Throughout the whole process, I felt safe, cared for, and most importantly I trusted her completely. I am truly grateful for her professionalism, calm approach, and dedication.

She carefully observed and assessed me throughout the pregnancy and delivery. I felt like I was in safe hands and fully trusted her decision. In the end, I had a successful natural delivery of premature baby in good health. Any successful medical system depends on an outstanding doctor... Therefore, I would like to thank the hospital for having the endocrinologist Dr. Al-Shaimaa Rizk at the Medcare Center. She is a person who deserves all thanks, appreciation and respect for the effort she put in, starting from listening carefully to my health problems, carefully studying my complaints and directing me to conduct laboratory tests and approve the appropriate treatment for my condition... In addition to her continuous follow-up to check on my condition... and her quick communication when I called her by phone... and providing advice and guidance... My money just disappeared

I had a pregnancy package bought at this hospital. When I was 28 weeks pregnant I cancelled my package and applied for the refund as I decided to go abroad for delivery. My doctor approved the refund and all the information was passed to the billing department ( my bank details to where the money should be sent).The billing department accepted all the documents and said it would take 10 days to receive the money.It has been one month since then. No money. I was trying to call them but they picked up only once, after they knew the reason I was calling the billing department just stopped picking up the call.It is just a fraud. Where is my money? It looks like it just landed in smb pocket from the billing department.Why dont you guys just hire professional people to work in your hospital but instead, looks like you just decided to save money and hired people who think that stilling is ok.
