May 3,2026I went to Burjeel for my pneumonia and shingle vaccination, but unfortunately, I needed a consent form from GP doctor, Dr. Fatima visited last April 22 but unfortunately she had already been transferred to another branch, which made the process more complicated. Then i remembered the assigned nurse of Dr Fatima last time Ms Marian Ong and I asked her colleague if Ms. Marian Ong was on duty.However, I am very grateful for the help of Ms Marian Ong who was not even assigned to the Family Medicine area . She was assigned from the Pediatric department, yet she willingly and patiently assisted me throughout the entire process and explained everything to me properly and guided me on how to complete everything. Her kindness and dedication were a huge help to me.Thank you very much, Ms. Marian Ong. Shes really extremely polite , friendly and genuinely remarkable in the way she does her work .Thank you so much . 5 stars to her

I had an excellent experience with Dr.Sivaraman He was very professional, kind, and attentive during my visit. took the time to listen to all my concerns and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment plan.
